Beginning in 2008, Delaney Veterinary Services has grown from offering ambulatory services to our equine community to becoming a full-service surgical referral center for the region. You can depend on our dedication to the well-being of our patients as every team member works towards offering the highest quality, compassionate care while working personally with owners to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Whether our patient is a pasture pet or a performance horse, we offer the latest in diagnostic tools to ensure accurate assessments and to pinpoint appropriate treatments. We provide extensive emergency care for all types of conditions, including wounds, eye injuries, acute lameness, infections, colic and foaling in-clinic as well as ambulatory. Our surgical facility enables routine surgical procedures, such as airway and arthroscopy, in addition to emergency surgeries, such as colic and trauma. Our breeding program continues to grow as we introduce frozen semen services to our existing breeding, foaling out, and collection programs. Our diagnostics include video endoscopy as well as digital ultrasonography and radiology. In addition to our herd health programs, we provide soft tissue treatments (such as PRP, IRAP, and stem cell) and acupuncture. We are located in Central Alberta, just east of Edmonton in one of the densest horse population areas in North America.
