Biography: 
David Ingordo was bred into sport of Thoroughbred racing. He is the son of a jockey agent, Jerry Ingordo, who handled such Hall of Fame riders such as Laffit Pincay Jr., Sandy Hawley, and Patrick Valenzuela and whose mother, Dottie Ingordo-Shirreffs, is respected as one of the greatest racing managers in the history of the sport. Ingordo went to work for Legendary Hall of Fame trainer Bobby Frankel at the age of 14. He quickly rose to be one of the youngest assistant trainers in the country at the age of 18. Upon graduating from high school, he attended the University of Kentucky where he worked in the mornings at Juddmonte Farms. Following his time at UK, Ingordo went to work for Walmac International and quickly became the head of their bloodstock department where he worked for five years before establishing his own bloodstock management and acquisition agency, Ingordo Bloodstock Services.
 
David has purchased such outstanding Thoroughbreds as 2010 Horse of the Year and two time Breeders’ Cup Champion ZENYATTA, 2015 Eclipse Award Champion 3yo Filly STELLAR WIND, 2015 Eclipse Award Champion Older Horse HONOR CODE, GI & Breeders’ Cup winner LADY ELI, GI winner at Keeneland BALL DANCING, GI winner at Santa Anita GORMLEY, G1 winner at Keeneland WICKED STYLE, G1 winner at Santa Anita TARLOW, G1 winner at Saratoga MAJESTICPERFECTION, and International G1 winner PERSONAL RUSH, among many others. 2010 marked a milestone year with six individual G1 winners in CRISP, MAJESTICPERFECTION, MONA DE MOMMA, SWITCH, UNCLE MO, AND ZENYATTA.
