Frank Palino has more than 30 years’ experience in the complex world of taxation.  He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, spent 5 years with the Internal Revenue Service and is licensed with the Internal Revenue Service throughout the United States.  Frank  graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Frank’s expertise includes corporations, LLC’s, partnerships, individual returns, strategic tax planning, research, financial planning, business consulting and tax controversy.

Frank utilizes his extensive tax knowledge to serve several corporate executives in Fortune 500 companies.  Additionally, his well-known synergy has expanded his clientele to include the entertainment, sporting and restaurant industries, as well as the thoroughbred Horse industry.  Before entering public accounting, he was a Field Agent with the Internal Revenue Service where he received extensive training in tax controversy. 

Frank has handled over 1,000 IRS and state tax audits at a high success rate.  Over 100+ Audits pertained to the Horse Industry for Horse owners, trainers, and jockeys with very favorable results.

Frank is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA).  As a CDFA, he is able to help you determine the short- and long-term financial impact of a divorce settlement.  He will be able to provide valuable information on issues related to divorce, such as tax consequences, COBRA and pension plan divisions.  His experience in the divorce area helps you to understand not only the process you go through, but strategies to help take control of your future.

Frank has been approved by the Office of the Courts for the State of New Jersey for admission to the roster of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases.

Frank is an active member in both the National and New Jersey Association of Public Accountants.  He has served as President of the Central Jersey Chapter of Public Accountants.  He was a member of the Board of Education in Spotswood, New Jersey for nine years, serving as President for six of those years and has also hosted a cable television and New York radio program on taxation.

When not in the office, Frank enjoys spending time with his family and during the warmer months riding his Harley.
