Biography:
Mr. Willmott is the former president and COO of Federal Express Corporation and the former chairman, CEO and president of Carson Pirie Scott & Co. As the founder and owner of Willmott Stables, Inc., he has been directly involved in the Thoroughbred business for approximately 20 years, racing primarily in Kentucky, New York and Florida. He currently serves on the board of the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association as chairman and is a member of the American Graded Stakes Committee. Mr. Willmott has raced Graded Stakes winners Williamstown, Ide, Gray Cashmere, Sand Springs and Eddington.
