Biography:

H. Robb Levinsky is the founder of Kenwood Racing and the company's co-managing partner and racing manager. Kenwood has a history of winning stakes races at huge odds with horses purchased for modest prices. Among the leading owners at their home base of Monmouth Park from 2009 to date, Kenwood enjoys excellent winning percentages with their runners. Robb’s involvement with thoroughbreds began as a teenager, working on the backstretch at Suffolk Downs near Boston, Mass. In 1980 at age 22, he founded his first thoroughbred venture, Kenwood Farm. His business-oriented approach to the thoroughbred industry is derived from over two decades of experience managing a diverse group of investments, including stocks, mutual funds and real estate in addition to being a lifelong horseman. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University and an elected public official at age 23 (Newton, Ma. City Council - 1981), he was listed in the 1983 publication of 'Outstanding Young Men of America'. A prolific writer and public speaker, he has written feature columns for Mid-Atlantic Thoroughbred Magazine and a number of other industry publications. His “Business of Thoroughbreds” seminar at Monmouth Park began in 2010 and has been a sellout success every year since. Robb is a regular speaker at industry seminars on various aspects of thoroughbred ownership held by T.O.B.A and other leading organizations at major racing venues throughout the U.S. A passionate advocate for owners, racing fans, and racehorse welfare, his column "Investing In Thoroughbreds" appeared for many years in Racing Northeast Magazine.
