Shannon is a Member in Stoll Keenon Ogden's Lexington office. She is a member of the Business Services practice with a focus on Equine. Shannon is also a member of the Trusts, Estates & Family Law practice.
Shannon graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997, High Honors, with a B.A. in International Studies. While there, she was President of Chi Omega Sorority and was a Co-founder of the Agape Habitat for Humanity Partnership.
Shannon received her J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2002, where she served as an associate editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and a member of the Honor Council. Shannon was the author of, "And They're Off: The Legality of Interstate Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Its Impact on the Thoroughbred Horse Industry," published in KLJ, Col. 89, No.3, 2000-2001. She received the Miller Writing Club, "Best Brief" and "Best Oral Argument" Awards, and served as Research Assistant to Professor Rutherford B. Campbell. Shannon was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 2002. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association.
